In 2018, the HR Department team, together with the Management Board of Exco A2A Polska, made the decision to establish a new entity — a subsidiary company called Optim Human. This decision was driven by the needs of Exco A2A Polska’s clients as well as the broader market, which clearly showed that many companies (including international ones) were struggling with personnel challenges within their organizations. Thus, the second half of 2018 was devoted to preparations — building the strategy and business plan — so that at the beginning of 2019, the company could officially begin operations and start helping both small entrepreneurs and large corporations develop their businesses in the area of human resources.

Optim Human is a company specializing in supporting businesses in creating and improving the functioning of HR processes within their organizations. The main area of our activity is conducting recruitment processes — either end-to-end or within a scope defined by the client. Clients seeking support can reach out to us regardless of the sector they operate in or the level of the position to be filled. Additionally, if a client plans to expand their operations abroad and is looking for an employee open to relocation, we can assist with that as well.

Why don’t we limit ourselves to a specific industry or narrow specialization?
It’s simple — a professional consultant is, above all, a good listener who can communicate effectively with others, regardless of their profession or position. Therefore, if a project is interesting to us and feasible, why not take on the challenge?

That’s why we have expanded our services to include temporary employment (an ideal solution for companies without local branches in Poland or those needing staff for a defined period while outsourcing full HR administration). We also carry out consulting projects, such as HR audits and career path planning, to further support our clients in building strong, effective organizations.
