The task of the Department is to develop HR services based on:
- suggestions and needs of the clients
- recommendations of the Program Council
- trends, innovations, technologies
Currently, the main area of interest of the Department is the automation of HR management processes by searching and testing IT solutions dedicated to HR departments of companies. The department performs these tasks through cooperation with research units, technology parks, entities from the capital market (including investment funds) and experts specializing in behavioural analysis and profiling of human behaviour. We are interested in both the commercialization of external partners’ solutions and in 2019 we plan to work on our own tool supporting recruitment processes.
