Investment partner

HR services addressed to individual investors, business angel networks, venture capital and private equity investment funds, investment boutiques, family offices, companies dealing in mergers & acquisitions transactions and all organizations in the commercial capital market dealing with investments, wealth management or other forms building the value of business entities.

We provide five types of services:

Mediation and consultancy in relations with shareholders, supervisory boards, management in investments and businesses

Support in conflict situations on:

  • vision and development strategy;
  • financial policy and defining values;
  • corrective and remedial actions;
  • interpersonal relations in teams;
  • crises and threats;

Businesses do not always develop according to the original assumptions. Investors may perceive their goal differently, while others look at priorities, e.g., management board members. Discrepancies may concern, for example, disputes or follow the policy on financial flows or focus on building company value, whether to sell while on top or to look in a long-term, whether to exchange the key personnel or invest in its development, whether to enter into a market partnership or develop organically, etc. Each conflict at a top level of the company involves a risk of inhibiting its development, loss of credibility or, in the worst case, its closure. We help in reaching an agreement and building long-lasting business relationships on the Shareholder – Supervisory Board – Management line.

Mediation and consultancy in relations with shareholders, supervisory boards, management in investments and businesses

We help to reach an agreement with partners, diverse in terms of:

  • culture;
  • generation;
  • social layer;
  • professional profile;
  • mentality, views and values;

Work environments are now diversified. People from different countries, of different age, social status work there. Many areas of life penetrate and reaching a group synergy with such a heterogenous “equipment” of its members requires more knowledge than classical human management skills. We offer practical tips on how to live and work with dissimilarities, in the positive sense of the word.

Services translate into tangible effects for clients:
  • reduction of investment risk related to the earlier recognition of an unfair business partner;
  • elimination of image losses due to cooperation with an unreliable business partner;
  • faster return on investment thanks to the search for a good management team on the market;
1What information do you provide to the customer?
Depending on the service and needs, we can refer our diagnostics to, e.g.:
  • does the business partner tell the truth and does he hide something?
  • what can you expect from him in the future?
  • what is his business potential (driving force) and personal (competence) potential?
  • does he have motivation and determination to pursue goals and plans?
  • what are his connections and relationships with the environment?
  • will the investor be able to build a good relationship with a business partner during the cooperation?
2In which form is the information transmitted?
On the case of:
  • a) searching for people/competence – a verification report and business profiles of people
  • b) group training – a script with the techniques described
  • c) individual consulting – a set of techniques tailored to the client (his/her style of operation and situation)
  • d) services (performing actions for the client) – a report with instructions
3How do you examine the people?
We use achievements in the field of psycho-diagnostic tactics, social engineering and practical behavioural psychology. A consultant from the investment environment also works in the team dealing with these services. Thanks to this, synergy between the diagnostic activity and the liquidity of investment processes (transactions) is preserved.
4How do you search for creators and originators?
A network of own contacts.
5What does competence search mean?
When a given project (business) is analysed, it may turn out that there is a lack of, e.g., good sales, market analysis, pricing strategy or management of people. These deficiencies can be supplemented in various ways (finding a new employee, training, coaching, external service – e.g. interim management, IT system, etc.). Therefore, we use the concept of search/organization of missing competences.
