3How do you examine the people?
We use achievements in the field of psycho-diagnostic tactics, social engineering and practical behavioural psychology. A consultant from the investment environment also works in the team dealing with these services. Thanks to this, synergy between the diagnostic activity and the liquidity of investment processes (transactions) is preserved.
4How do you search for creators and originators?

5What does competence search mean?
When a given project (business) is analysed, it may turn out that there is a lack of, e.g., good sales, market analysis, pricing strategy or management of people. These deficiencies can be supplemented in various ways (finding a new employee, training, coaching, external service – e.g. interim management, IT system, etc.). Therefore, we use the concept of search/organization of missing competences.
