HR services addressed to project owners in the early stages of development:
SEED(the idea stage of business);
START-UP(existing product/service, the beginning of commercialization stage);
SOLE PROPRIETORSHIPS(existing 1-2 years on the market and planning their development);
We have specialized in four services:
PROVIDING PROJECTS WITH THE DRIVING FORCE
Substantive and strategic work on the project and its Originator. The aim is to bring about the situation in which the project becomes attractive to clients on the market, business partners and potential investors. We give support in the verification process, among others, strategic assumptions, financial analysis, market research, selection of the team’s business competences, investment capital search, etc. We provide young projects with the driving force that makes it possible to bring them to life and active development.
PRACTICAL TOOLS CLOSING CONVERSATIONS WITH INVESTORS
Support for owners of young businesses in the investment process (investor’s entry into the project). The service may include our support in the field of: talks and negotiations with investors, practical guides how to deal with legal, financial, taxes issues, defining terms of investment contract and shareholders agreement, listing communication rules with investors. Our active participation in the investment process is possible on the principle of shadowing, i.e. looking over the Originator’s shoulder and suggesting solutions.
ACQUIRING MISSING BUSINESS RESOURCES
We support the acquisition of missing links and competences in projects. This could be, for example, the organization of a key team, the search for industry experts, mentors, analysts, strategic partners, people with a “strong name” and market position, lawyers, sales representatives, etc. Due to the fact that in young projects there are no large financial surpluses, hence we reach resources that will join the project on preferential terms or will be ready for deferred payment (financial or otherwise).
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVESTMENT PROCESS FOR THE ORIGINATOR
Conducting a series of activities, such as preparation of investment documentation (business plan, investment teaser, investment presentation, “one page”), finding missing business resources, implementation of the investment process, ongoing communication with investors, etc. on behalf of he project originators (along with him).
